Louise Licznerski

Founder

Louise’s first degree was in Retail Management, during which she worked at John Lewis, managing key projects and coaching staff. She later retrained with a postgraduate degree in Primary Education and is now an experienced teacher with Fife Council, specialising in supporting children with additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and attachment difficulties.

“It’s a privilege to teach young children and witness the benefits of outdoor learning, especially for those needing extra support. As a mother of two, I see how much they thrive in nature. I’m passionate about early years intervention and excited to build my dream of an outdoor nursery in my hometown.”

Paul Licznerski

Founder

Paul works as an engineer with BT after completing a telecommunications apprenticeship. With a passion for conservation, he studied Geography at Glasgow University.

“Becoming a dad made me reflect on my childhood and its influence on who I am. Growing up in Edinburgh, green spaces were limited, but nearby woods offered a place to explore. We were free to build, play, and learn from our surroundings. Those gang huts and tree swings may be gone, but the social and practical skills, along with a deep appreciation for nature, remain with me today.”
